• All sessions offered on TransmutedElements:
  • psychic and intuitive guided transmissions;
  • quantum transmutation work;
  • transpersonal therapeutic modalities;
  • hypnotherapy.

Are intended for spiritual growth and support, personal development, and energetic alignment.

• These services do not replace medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
• No diagnoses, prescriptions, or guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.

Confidentiality

• Your privacy is important.
• All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
• Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of each session and is deleted afterwards.
  • For longer-term and written processes (such as Meditasense), your data may be securely retained to support follow-up and the continuity of your therapeutic journey.
  • This information is stored in a private database and is not shared under any circumstances.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancelations

• All sessions must be scheduled through the TidyCal booking system.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session time. 
• No-shows are considered completed sessions.

Refunds & Payments

• All services require full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Once a session is booked, 50% of the payment is non-refundable, as all work within TransmutedElements is quantum-programmed to initiate at the moment of booking.

Client Responsibility

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations;

  • You enter sessions with the understanding that the spiritual guidance comes from a psychic, intuitive, and holistic perspective.

• TransmutedElements does not assume responsibility for any occurrence after a session.

• Sessions may be facilitated in English or Portuguese (PT), depending on the client’s preference.
